Proactive Elevator Maintenance Programs

Program 1
This maintenance program provides the highest
level of elevator and escalator maintenance, service
and repair. All parts and labor are included for both
elevators and escalators under this program. In addition, to receiving unlimited access to 24/7 call back service by United Elevator Certified Technicians

Program 2
This maintenance program provides a high level of
elevator maintenance, service and repair. All labor is included in this program on elevators and escalators covered under this program during normal business hours.  However, parts are not covered in this program.

Program 3
This maintenance program provides dependable
service which includes thorough elevator
examinations and minor adjustments. Parts and
labor are not covered. Yet, new parts installed by United Elevator are under a 90 day warranty.
